Книга пророка Захарии

Глава 9

1 Предсказание. Землю Хадраха к ответу зовет ГОСПОДЬ и Дамаск вместе с нею (ведь око ГОСПОДА обращено на Сирию так же, как и на все колена Израилевы).

2 То же будет и с Хаматом, что граничит с Дамаском, и с Тиром, и с Сидоном то же случится, какими бы мудрыми они ни слыли.

3 Тир всяких укреплений себе понастроил, серебра собрал, что пыли, и золота — как грязи на улице.

4 Но всё отберет у Тира Владыка Господь, лишит его господства на море, сам город их сгорит в огне.

5 При виде этого исполнится страха Ашкелон, Газа сильно задрожит и Экрон в надеждах своих посрамлен будет! В Газе царя не станет, Ашкелон опустеет,

6 чужеземцы всякие заселят Ашдод. «С гордых филистимлян Я спесь собью.

7 Очищу их рты от пищи кровавой, из зубов их мерзости вырву (и оставшиеся из них в живых уверуют в Бога нашего); они будут жить, как один из родов иудейских, и жители Экрона — как евусеи.

8 Стан Свой разобью Я у Храма Моего, буду защищать его от всех приходящих врагов. Ни один угнетатель не посмеет тогда напасть на него, ибо глаз Я с него не сведу».

9 Веселись от души, дочь Сиона, торжествуй, дочь Иерусалима! Смотри, идет к тебе Царь твой, праведный, дарующий спасение и кроткий, восседает Он на осле, молодом осле, идущем рядом с матерью-ослицей.

10 «Отниму колесницы у Ефрема, Иерусалим лишу его конницы, и всякий лук боевой сломаю». Мир провозгласит Он для всех народов, владычество Его будет от моря и до моря, от реки Евфрат и до края земли.

11 «А что до тебя, то пленников твоих спасу, вытащу их из ямы безводной ради крови, пролитой при заключении Союза, Завета с тобою.

12 Возвращайтесь к своей твердыне, все, кто жил надеждой в плену! Заверяю вас ныне: всё возмещу вам вдвое!

13 Согну Иуду, как лук, вместо стрелы на тетиву Ефрема положу, и против сынов твоих, Греция, подниму твоих сынов, Сион, и буду сражаться ими, как мечом воителя».

14 Явится в выси небесной ГОСПОДЬ, стрелы Его будут сверкать, как молнии. Затрубит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ в рог и начнет шествие Свое в вихрях юга!

15 Щитом для них будет ГОСПОДЬ Воинств, а они превозмогать, попирать будут пращников, с ревом на них набросятся, будто вином опьяненные; и прольется большая кровь, и насытятся, словно чаша храмовая переполненная, из которой окропляют углы у жертвенника.

16 В тот День ГОСПОДЬ, их Бог, спасет их, спасет Он Свой народ как паству Свою; как самоцветы в венце, будут искриться и сверкать они на Его земле.

17 Как хороши они и как прекрасны будут! Юноши наполнятся силой, как зерно наливается, девушки — как вино молодое.

Zechariah

Chapter 9

1 THE word of the LORD against the land of Hadrach and against Damascus, which shall be a gift to him; for to the LORD are revealed the ways of men and of all the tribes of Israel;

2 Against Hamath also which borders Damascus, and Tyre and Sidon, though they have become very wise.

3 Tyre has built herself a stronghold and heaped up silver like dust, and gold like the mire of the streets.

4 Therefore, the LORD will destroy her and cast her wealth into the sea; and she shall be devoured by fire.

5 Ashkelon shall see it and be afraid; Gaza also shall be very sorrowful, and Ekron; because her hope is confounded; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.

6 And strangers shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will bring to an end the pride of the Philistines.

7 And I will take away their blood out of their mouths, and their abominations from between their teeth; and they also shall be a remnant for our God, and they shall be like the princes of Judah, and Ekron shall be as a Jebusite.

8 And I will cause to dwell over my house a governor because of him who passes by, and because of him who returns; and no oppressor shall come against them any more; for now I have seen with my own eyes.

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you; he is righteous and a Saviour, lowly and riding upon an ass, upon a colt the foal of an ass.

10 And he will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem, and the bow shall be broken in the battle; and he shall speak peace to the nations; and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.

11 As for you also, by the blood of your covenant you have set free the captives out of the pit wherein is no water.

12 Dwell in the stronghold, O you prisoners of the congregation; I will recompense you double for a day's work.

13 For I have bent my bow over Judah and filled my bow over Ephraim, and I have set your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and made Jerusalem like the sword of a mighty man.

14 And the LORD shall be seen over the enemy, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning; and the LORD God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go in the whirlwind to the south.

15 The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink trouble like wine; and they shall be filled like a bowl, and as the corners of the altar.

16 And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people; for they were holy stones cast upon his land.

17 How good and how excellent is wheat for the young men, and wine makes the maids cheerful.

Chapter 9

1 Предсказание. Землю Хадраха к ответу зовет ГОСПОДЬ и Дамаск вместе с нею (ведь око ГОСПОДА обращено на Сирию так же, как и на все колена Израилевы).

1 THE word of the LORD against the land of Hadrach and against Damascus, which shall be a gift to him; for to the LORD are revealed the ways of men and of all the tribes of Israel;

2 То же будет и с Хаматом, что граничит с Дамаском, и с Тиром, и с Сидоном то же случится, какими бы мудрыми они ни слыли.

2 Against Hamath also which borders Damascus, and Tyre and Sidon, though they have become very wise.

3 Тир всяких укреплений себе понастроил, серебра собрал, что пыли, и золота — как грязи на улице.

3 Tyre has built herself a stronghold and heaped up silver like dust, and gold like the mire of the streets.

4 Но всё отберет у Тира Владыка Господь, лишит его господства на море, сам город их сгорит в огне.

4 Therefore, the LORD will destroy her and cast her wealth into the sea; and she shall be devoured by fire.

5 При виде этого исполнится страха Ашкелон, Газа сильно задрожит и Экрон в надеждах своих посрамлен будет! В Газе царя не станет, Ашкелон опустеет,

5 Ashkelon shall see it and be afraid; Gaza also shall be very sorrowful, and Ekron; because her hope is confounded; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.

6 чужеземцы всякие заселят Ашдод. «С гордых филистимлян Я спесь собью.

6 And strangers shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will bring to an end the pride of the Philistines.

7 Очищу их рты от пищи кровавой, из зубов их мерзости вырву (и оставшиеся из них в живых уверуют в Бога нашего); они будут жить, как один из родов иудейских, и жители Экрона — как евусеи.

8 Стан Свой разобью Я у Храма Моего, буду защищать его от всех приходящих врагов. Ни один угнетатель не посмеет тогда напасть на него, ибо глаз Я с него не сведу».

8 And I will cause to dwell over my house a governor because of him who passes by, and because of him who returns; and no oppressor shall come against them any more; for now I have seen with my own eyes.

9 Веселись от души, дочь Сиона, торжествуй, дочь Иерусалима! Смотри, идет к тебе Царь твой, праведный, дарующий спасение и кроткий, восседает Он на осле, молодом осле, идущем рядом с матерью-ослицей.

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you; he is righteous and a Saviour, lowly and riding upon an ass, upon a colt the foal of an ass.

10 «Отниму колесницы у Ефрема, Иерусалим лишу его конницы, и всякий лук боевой сломаю». Мир провозгласит Он для всех народов, владычество Его будет от моря и до моря, от реки Евфрат и до края земли.

10 And he will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem, and the bow shall be broken in the battle; and he shall speak peace to the nations; and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.

12 Возвращайтесь к своей твердыне, все, кто жил надеждой в плену! Заверяю вас ныне: всё возмещу вам вдвое!

13 For I have bent my bow over Judah and filled my bow over Ephraim, and I have set your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and made Jerusalem like the sword of a mighty man.

14 Явится в выси небесной ГОСПОДЬ, стрелы Его будут сверкать, как молнии. Затрубит Владыка ГОСПОДЬ в рог и начнет шествие Свое в вихрях юга!

14 And the LORD shall be seen over the enemy, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning; and the LORD God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go in the whirlwind to the south.

15 Щитом для них будет ГОСПОДЬ Воинств, а они превозмогать, попирать будут пращников, с ревом на них набросятся, будто вином опьяненные; и прольется большая кровь, и насытятся, словно чаша храмовая переполненная, из которой окропляют углы у жертвенника.

15 The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink trouble like wine; and they shall be filled like a bowl, and as the corners of the altar.

16 В тот День ГОСПОДЬ, их Бог, спасет их, спасет Он Свой народ как паству Свою; как самоцветы в венце, будут искриться и сверкать они на Его земле.

16 And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people; for they were holy stones cast upon his land.

17 Как хороши они и как прекрасны будут! Юноши наполнятся силой, как зерно наливается, девушки — как вино молодое.

17 How good and how excellent is wheat for the young men, and wine makes the maids cheerful.
