Псалом 60

1 Начальнику хора. На стунном музыкальном орудии. Давидов.

2 Услыши, Боже, вопль мой, внемли молитве моей.

3 Он конца земли взываю к Тебе, в унынии сердца моего. Уведи меня на гору, для меня недосягаемую;

4 Ибо Ты прибежище мое, Ты крепкая защита от врага.

5 Да живу вечно в жилище Твоем, и покоюсь под кровом крыл Твоих. (Села.)

6 Ибо Ты, Боже, слышишь обеты мои, и даешь мне наследие чтущих имя Твое.

7 Приложи дни ко дням царевым, и лета его продли в род и род.

8 Да царствует он вечно пред Богом; повели милости и истине охранять его.

9 Посему буду петь имени Твоему всегда, совершая обеты мои всякий день.

1 O GOD, thou hast forsaken us, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased with us; O turn thyself to us again.

2 Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it; heal the breaches thereof, for it hath weakened.

3 Thou hast shown thy people hardships; thou hast made us to drink the dregs of wine.

4 Thou hast wrought a miracle to them that reverence thee, so that they need not flee from the bow.

5 That thy beloved may be prepared, save with thy right hand, and hear me.

6 God has spoken in his holiness: I will be strong, I will divide Shechem and mete out the valley of Succoth.

7 Gilead is mine and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of my head; Judah is my king.

8 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I levy tribute; over Philistia will I triumph.

9 Who will lead me into Edom? Who will bring me into the strong city?
