Das zweite Buch Mose (Exodus)

Kapitel 11

1 Und der HErr3068 sprach559 zu Mose4872: Ich will935 noch eine259 Plage5061 über Pharao6547 und Ägypten4714 kommen lassen, danach wird7971 er euch310 lassen von hinnen, und wird7971 nicht allein alles3617 lassen, sondern euch auch von hinnen treiben1644.

2 So sage1696 nun vor241 dem Volk5971, daß ein jeglicher von seinem Nächsten7453 und eine jegliche376 von ihrer802 Nächstin silberne3701 und güldene Gefäße3627 fordere7592.

3 Denn der HErr3068 wird dem Volk5971 Gnade2580 geben5414 vor5869 den Ägyptern4714. Und776 Mose4872 war ein sehr3966 großer1419 Mann376 in Ägyptenland4714 vor5869 den Knechten5650 Pharaos6547 und vor5869 dem Volk5971.

4 Und Mose4872 sprach559: So sagt der HErr3068: Ich559 will zur Mitternacht2676 ausgehen3318 in8432 Ägyptenland4714;

5 und alle Erstgeburt1060 in Ägyptenland776 soll sterben4191, von dem ersten Sohn1060 Pharaos6547 an, der auf seinem Stuhl3678 sitzt3427, bis an den ersten Sohn1060 der Magd8198, die hinter310 der Mühle7347 ist, und alle Erstgeburt1060 unter dem Vieh929.

6 Und wird ein groß1419 Geschrei6818 sein1961 in ganz Ägyptenland776, desgleichen nie3808 gewesen ist noch3254 werden wird;

7 aber bei allen Kindern1121 Israel3478 soll nicht ein376 Hund3611 mucken2782, beide unter Menschen und Vieh929, auf daß ihr3045 erfahret, wie der HErr3068 Ägypten4714 und Israel3478 scheide6395.

8 Dann werden zu mir310 herabkommen3381 alle diese deine Knechte5650 und mir zu Fuße fallen7812 und sagen559: Zeuch aus3318, du und alles Volk5971, das2750 unter dir ist7272. Danach will ich ausziehen, und er ging3318 von3318 Pharao6547 mit grimmigem Zorn639.

9 Der HErr3068 aber sprach559 zu8085 Mose4872: Pharao6547 höret euch nicht, auf daß viele Wunder4159 geschehen7235 in Ägyptenland776.

10 Und6547 Mose4872 und776 Aaron175 haben diese Wunder4159 alle getan6213 vor Pharao6547; aber der HErr3068 verstockte2388 ihm sein Herz3820, daß er die Kinder1121 Israel3478 nicht lassen7971 wollte aus seinem Lande6440.

1 AND the LORD said to Moses, Yet ill I bring one plague more upon Pharaoh, and upon the Egyptians: then I will let you go from here; when he shall let you go, then you must get out altogether.

2 Speak now in the presence of the people that they ask every man of his neighbor, and every woman of her neighbor, jewels of silver and jewels of gold.

3 And the LORD gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was well honored in the land of Egypt in the sight of Pharaoh's servants and in the sight of the people.

4 And Moses said, Thus says the LORD, About midnight I will go forth into the midst of Egypt;

5 And all the first-born in the land of Egypt shall die, from the first-born of Pharaoh who sits on his throne even to the first-born of the maidservant who sits behind the mill; and all the first-born of the animals.

6 And there shall be a great wailing throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall there be any like it any more.

7 But of the children of Israel no one shall be harmed, not even a dog shall bark against man or animals; that you may know that the LORD distinguishes between the Egyptians and Israel.

8 And all these your servants shall come down to me and bow down themselves to me, saying, Get out, both you and all the people that are with you; and after that I will go out. And Moses departed from the presence of Pharaoh in a great anger.

9 And the LORD said to Moses. Pharaoh shall not listen to you; that my wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.

10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; but the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
