Псалом 25

1 Псалом Давида Подтверди правоту мою, ГОСПОДИ! Ибо в невинности я живу, не колеблясь ГОСПОДУ доверяюсь.

2 Испытай меня, ГОСПОДИ, проверь меня, ум мой и сердце мое.

3 Любовь Твою неизменную я вижу во всем и потому живу в истине Твоей.

4 Не сидел я с людьми лживыми и с коварными не сходился.

5 Сборище злодеев ненавижу и с нечестивыми не сяду.

6 Я омываю руки свои в знак невинности, чтобы обходить вкруг жертвенника Твоего, ГОСПОДИ,

7 громко воспевая хвалу Тебе, повествуя о всех чудесах Твоих.

8 ГОСПОДИ! Возлюбил я Дом, где Ты обитаешь, место пребывания славы Твоей.

9 Не уничтожь меня вместе с грешниками и не лиши жизни с людьми кровожадными,

10 чьи руки постоянно зло творят и за взятками тянутся.

11 А я буду жить в невинности — окажи мне милость и спаси меня!

12 Твердо стали ноги мои на стезю безопасную, и в собрании великом восславлю я ГОСПОДА.

Psalm 25

1 UNTO thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.

2 O my God, I trust in thee; let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.

3 Yea, let none that trust in thee be ashamed; let the wicked be ashamed with their vanity.

4 Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art my God and my Saviour; on thee do I wait all the day.

6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they are from the beginning of the world.

7 Remember not the foolishness of my youth, but according to thine abundant mercy remember thou me because of thy goodness' sake, O God.

8 Good and upright is the LORD; therefore will he direct sinners in the way.

9 He will guide the meek in judgment, and he will teach the poor his way.

10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.

12 What man is he that fears the LORD? Him shall he teach in the way that he has chosen.

7 громко воспевая хвалу Тебе, повествуя о всех чудесах Твоих.	7 Remember not the foolishness of my youth, but according to thine abundant mercy remember thou me because of thy goodness' sake, O God.
8 ГОСПОДИ! Возлюбил я Дом, где Ты обитаешь, место пребывания славы Твоей.	8 Good and upright is the LORD; therefore will he direct sinners in the way.
