Псалом 139

1 Начальнику хора. Псалом Давидов.

2 Избавь меня, Господи, от человека злого, сохрани меня от притеснителя,

3 Которые помышляют зло в сердце, всякий день воздвигают брани;

4 Острят язык свой, как змий, яд аспида в устах их. (Села.)

5 Соблюди меня, Господи, от рук нечестивого, сохрани меня от притеснителя, которые умыслили поколебать стопы.

6 Гордые скрыли силки для меня и петли, поставили сеть при стезе, тенета протянули для меня. (Села.)

7 Я сказал Господу: Ты - Бог мой, услышь Господи, глас молений моих.

8 Иегова, Господи, крепкий Спаситель мой, покрой главу мою в день брани.

9 Не дай, Господи, желаемого нечестивому, не дай успеть ему в намерении, чтобы не возносились они. (Села.)

10 Яд окружающих меня, зараза уст их да обратится на них.

11 Да падут на них горящие угли; да повергнет Он их в огонь, в пропасти, чтобы не восстали.

12 Человек злоязычный не тверд на земле, притеснителя злоба увлечет в погибель.

13 Знаю, что Господь окажет правосудие угнетенному и справедливость бедным.

14 Так! праведные будут славить имя Твое, непорочные пребудут пред лицем Твоим.
