1 Слушайте8085 Меня, острова,339 и внимайте,7181 народы3816 дальние:7350 Господь3068 призвал7121 Меня от чрева,990 от утробы4578 матери517 Моей называл2142 имя8034 Мое;

2 и соделал7760 уста6310 Мои как острый2299 меч;2719 тенью6738 руки3027 Своей покрывал2244 Меня, и соделал7760 Меня стрелою2671 изостренною;1305 в колчане827 Своем хранил5641 Меня;

3 и сказал559 Мне: Ты раб5650 Мой, Израиль,3478 в Тебе Я прославлюсь.6286

4 А Я сказал:559 напрасно7385 Я трудился,3021 ни на что8414 и вотще1892 истощал3615 силу3581 Свою. Но403 Мое право4941 у Господа,3068 и награда6468 Моя у Бога430 Моего.

5 И ныне говорит559 Господь,3068 образовавший3335 Меня от чрева990 в раба5650 Себе, чтобы обратить7725 к Нему Иакова3290 и чтобы Израиль3478 собрался622 к Нему; Я почтен3513 в очах5869 Господа,3068 и Бог430 Мой — сила5797 Моя.

15 Забудет7911 ли женщина802 грудное5764 дитя5764 свое, чтобы не пожалеть7355 сына1121 чрева990 своего? но если бы и она забыла,7911 то Я не забуду7911 тебя.

16 Вот, Я начертал2710 тебя на дланях3709 Моих; стены2346 твои всегда8548 предо Мною.

17 Сыновья1121 твои поспешат4116 к тебе, а разорители2040 и опустошители2717 твои уйдут3318 от тебя.

18 Возведи5375 очи5869 твои и посмотри7200 вокруг,5439 — все они собираются,6908 идут935 к тебе. Живу2416 Я! говорит5002 Господь,3068 — всеми ими ты облечешься,3847 как убранством,5716 и нарядишься7194 ими, как невеста.3618

19 Ибо развалины2723 твои и пустыни8074 твои, и разоренная2035 земля776 твоя будут3334 теперь слишком3334 тесны3334 для жителей,3427 и поглощавшие1104 тебя удалятся7368 от тебя.

24 Может ли быть отнята3947 у сильного1368 добыча,4455 и могут ли быть отняты4422 у победителя6662 взятые в плен?7628

25 Да! так говорит559 Господь:3068 и плененные7628 сильным1368 будут3947 отняты,3947 и добыча4455 тирана6184 будет4422 избавлена;4422 потому что Я буду7378 состязаться7378 с противниками3401 твоими и сыновей1121 твоих Я спасу;3467

Chapter 49

1 LSTEN to me, O isles; hearken to me, O you nations, the LORD has called me from afar; from the womb, and from the body of my mother has he made mention of my name.

2 He has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand has he hid me and made me a chosen arrow; in his quiver has he hid me,

3 And said to me, You are my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.

4 I have not said to the descendants of Jacob that I have labored in vain, nor that I have spent my strength for nought. Surely my judgment is before the LORD, and my work before my God.

5 Now, thus says the LORD, who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel together; I am glorified in the eyes of the LORD, and my God has become my strength.

6 And he said: It is a small thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the scions of Israel; I have given you to be a light to the Gentiles, that you might be my salvation to the ends of the earth.

7 Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel and his Saviour, to him whose soul is despised, to him who is abhorred by the people and by the servants of the rulers: Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship him, because of the LORD who is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel who has chosen you.

8 Thus says the LORD: In an acceptable time I have answered you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you; and I have formed you and have given you for a covenant to the people and a light to the Gentiles, to establish the earth, to cause you to possess the desolate heritages;

9 That you may say to the prisoners, Go forth; to those who are shut up, Show yourselves. Come out. They shall feed in the paths and their pastures shall be in all highways.

10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the sultry heat nor the sun smite them; for he who is merciful to them shall lead them, and by the springs of water shall he bring them.

11 And I will make all mountains to be highways, and the highways shall be exalted.

12 Behold, these shall come from afar, and 1o, these from the north and from the islands of the sea, and these from the coast of Sinim.

13 Sing, O heavens, and be joyful, O earth, and break forth into singing, O mountains; for the LORD has comforted his people and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

14 But Zion said, The LORD has forsaken me and the LORD has forgotten me.

15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, but I will not forget you.

16 Behold, I have inscribed you upon the palms of my hands; your fortified walls are continually before me.

17 Your sons who caused your destruction and those who laid you waste shall make haste to go forth from you.

18 Lift up your eyes round about and behold; they all gather themselves together and come to you. As I live, says the LORD, you shall surely clothe yourself with them all as with an ornament, and you shall be adorned like a bride.

19 For your waste and your desolate places and the land of your destruction shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and those who swallowed you up shall flee away.

20 The children which you shall have during the time of your bereavement shall say again in your ears, The place is too narrow for us; make room for us to dwell.

21 Then you shall say in your heart, Who has borne me these? For, behold, I have been bereaved and barren, a captive, and wandering to and fro. And who has brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; and these children, where have they been?

22 Thus says the LORD God: Behold, I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles and set up my standard to the nations; and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.

23 And kings shall be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers; they shall bow down to you with their faces to the ground and shall lick the dust off your feet; and you shall know that I am the LORD; for they who wait for me shall not be ashamed.

24 Can the prey be taken away from the mighty, or a giant's captives be delivered?

25 For thus says the LORD: Even the prey of the mighty shall be taken away, and the captives of the mighty shall be delivered; and I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.

26 And I will cause your oppressors to eat their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood as with new wine; and all men shall know that I the LORD am your Saviour and your Helper, the Mighty One of Jacob.

4 I have not said to the descendants of Jacob that I have labored in vain, nor that I have spent my strength for nought. Surely my judgment is before the LORD, and my work before my God.

5 Now, thus says the LORD, who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel together; I am glorified in the eyes of the LORD, and my God has become my strength.

6 И Он сказал:559 мало7043 того, что Ты будешь рабом5650 Моим для восстановления6965 колен7626 Иаковлевых3290 и для возвращения7725 остатков53415336 Израиля,3478 но Я сделаю5414 Тебя светом216 народов,1471 чтобы спасение3444 Мое простерлось до концов7097 земли.776

8 Thus says the LORD: In an acceptable time I have answered you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you; and I have formed you and have given you for a covenant to the people and a light to the Gentiles, to establish the earth, to cause you to possess the desolate heritages;

9 That you may say to the prisoners, Go forth; to those who are shut up, Show yourselves. Come out. They shall feed in the paths and their pastures shall be in all highways.

10 не будут7456 терпеть7456 голода7456 и жажды,6770 и не поразит5221 их зной8273 и солнце;8121 ибо Милующий7355 их будет5090 вести5090 их и приведет5095 их к источникам4002 вод.4325

10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the sultry heat nor the sun smite them; for he who is merciful to them shall lead them, and by the springs of water shall he bring them.

11 И все горы2022 Мои сделаю7760 путем,1870 и дороги4546 Мои будут7311 подняты.7311

11 And I will make all mountains to be highways, and the highways shall be exalted.

12 Вот, одни придут935 издалека;7350 и вот, одни от севера6828 и моря,3220 а другие из земли776 Синим.5515

12 Behold, these shall come from afar, and 1o, these from the north and from the islands of the sea, and these from the coast of Sinim.

13 Радуйтесь,7442 небеса,8064 и веселись,1523 земля,776 и восклицайте,6476 горы,2022 от радости;7440 ибо утешил5162 Господь3068 народ5971 Свой и помиловал7355 страдальцев6041 Своих.

13 Sing, O heavens, and be joyful, O earth, and break forth into singing, O mountains; for the LORD has comforted his people and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

14 А Сион6726 говорил:559 «оставил5800 меня Господь,3068 и Бог136 мой забыл7911 меня!»

14 But Zion said, The LORD has forsaken me and the LORD has forgotten me.

15 Забудет7911 ли женщина802 грудное5764 дитя5764 свое, чтобы не пожалеть7355 сына1121 чрева990 своего? но если бы и она забыла,7911 то Я не забуду7911 тебя.

15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, but I will not forget you.

18 Lift up your eyes round about and behold; they all gather themselves together and come to you. As I live, says the LORD, you shall surely clothe yourself with them all as with an ornament, and you shall be adorned like a bride.

19 For your waste and your desolate places and the land of your destruction shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and those who swallowed you up shall flee away.

20 Дети,1121 которые будут у тебя после потери7923 прежних, будут559 говорить559 вслух241 тебе: «тесно6862 для меня место;4725 уступи50664725 мне, чтобы я мог3427 жить».3427

20 The children which you shall have during the time of your bereavement shall say again in your ears, The place is too narrow for us; make room for us to dwell.

21 И ты скажешь559 в сердце3824 твоем: кто мне родил3205 их? я была7921 бездетна7921 и бесплодна,1565 отведена1540 в плен1540 и удалена;5493 кто же возрастил1431 их? вот, я оставалась7604 одинокою; где375 же они были?

22 Thus says the LORD God: Behold, I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles and set up my standard to the nations; and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.

23 И будут цари4428 питателями539 твоими, и царицы8282 их кормилицами3243 твоими; лицем639 до земли776 будут7812 кланяться7812 тебе и лизать3897 прах6083 ног7272 твоих, и узнаешь,3045 что Я Господь,3068 что надеющиеся6960 на Меня не постыдятся.954

23 And kings shall be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers; they shall bow down to you with their faces to the ground and shall lick the dust off your feet; and you shall know that I am the LORD; for they who wait for me shall not be ashamed.

24 Может ли быть отнята3947 у сильного1368 добыча,4455 и могут ли быть отняты4422 у победителя6662 взятые в плен?7628

24 Can the prey be taken away from the mighty, or a giant's captives be delivered?

25 Да! так говорит559 Господь:3068 и плененные7628 сильным1368 будут3947 отняты,3947 и добыча4455 тирана6184 будет4422 избавлена;4422 потому что Я буду7378 состязаться7378 с противниками3401 твоими и сыновей1121 твоих Я спасу;3467

25 For thus says the LORD: Even the prey of the mighty shall be taken away, and the captives of the mighty shall be delivered; and I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.

26 и притеснителей3238 твоих накормлю398 собственною их плотью,1320 и они будут7937 упоены7937 кровью1818 своею, как молодым6071 вином;6071 и всякая плоть1320 узнает,3045 что Я Господь,3068 Спаситель3467 твой и Искупитель1350 твой, Сильный46 Иаковлев.3290

26 And I will cause your oppressors to eat their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood as with new wine; and all men shall know that I the LORD am your Saviour and your Helper, the Mighty One of Jacob.
