路加福音

第5章

1 當百姓擁擠耶穌，要聽神的道，耶穌在革尼撒勒湖邊站著［as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret］，

2 見［And saw］有兩隻船灣在湖邊；打魚的人卻離開船洗網去了。

3 有一隻船是西門的，耶穌就上去，請他把船撐開，稍微離岸。耶穌［he］就坐下，從船上教訓百姓［people］。

4 他［he］講完了，對西門說：「把船開到水深之處，下你們的［your］網打魚。」

5 西門回答［answering］他［him］說：「夫子，我們整夜勞力，並沒有打著甚麼；但依從你的話，我就下網。」

6 他們下了網，就圈住許多魚；他們的［their］網都裂開了［brake］。

7 他們［they］便示意［beckoned］那隻船上的同伴來幫助。他們就來，把魚裝滿了兩隻船，甚至船要沉下去。

8 西門．彼得看見這事［it］，就俯伏在耶穌膝前，說：「主啊，離開我；我是個罪人。」

9 他和一切同在的人都驚訝這一網所打的魚。

10 西門［Simon］的夥伴西庇太的兒子雅各、約翰，也是這樣。耶穌對西門說：「不要怕；從今以後，你要得人了。」

11 他們將他們的船泊了［brought their ships］岸，就撇棄［forsook］所有的，跟從了耶穌。

12 有一回，耶穌在一個城裏，遇見［behold］有人滿身長了大痲瘋；那人看見耶穌［Jesus］，就臉［face］伏在地，求他說：「主啊［Lord］，你［thou］若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」

13 耶穌伸手摸他，說：「我肯；你潔淨了吧。」大痲瘋立刻就離了他的身。

14 耶穌囑咐他［him］切不可告訴人；只要去，把你的［thyself］身體給祭司察看，又要為你得了潔淨，照摩西所吩咐的獻上禮物，對眾人作證據。

15 但耶穌的名聲越發傳揚出去；有極多的人聚集來聽道，也指望他［him］醫治他們的病。

16 耶穌就［And］退到曠野去禱告。

17 有一天，耶穌正［as］教訓人的時侯［as］，有法利賽人和教法師在旁邊坐著，他們是從加利利各鄉村和猶太並耶路撒冷來的；有主的能力同在，醫治病人［the power of the Lord was present to heal them］。

18 忽然［behold］有人用褥子抬著一個癱子，想法子［sought means］要抬進去放在耶穌面前。

19 他們既［when they］因人多，尋不出法子抬他［him］進去，就上了房頂，從瓦間把他連榻［couch］縋到當中，正在耶穌面前。

20 耶穌見他們的信心，就對癱子說：「你這個人［Man］，你的罪饒恕［forgiven］了。」

21 文士和法利賽人就議論說：「這說僭妄話的是誰？除了神以外，誰能恕［forgive］罪呢？」

22 但［But］耶穌知道他們的意念［thoughts］，就回答［answering］他們［them］說：「你們心裏議論的是甚麼呢？

23 或說『你的罪饒恕［forgiven］了；』或說『你起來行走』，那一樣容易呢？

24 但要叫你們知道，人子在地上有恕［forgive］罪的權柄，」（他［he］對癱子說，）「我對你說［say unto thee］：『起來，拿你的榻［couch］回家去吧。』」

25 那人當眾人面前立刻起來，拿著他所躺臥的褥子回自己［own］家去，歸榮耀與神。

26 眾人都驚奇，也歸榮耀與神，並且滿心懼怕，說：「我們今日看見非常的事了。」

27 這些［these］事以後，耶穌出去，看見一個稅吏，名叫利未，坐在稅關上；耶穌［he］就對他說：「你跟從我來。」

28 他就撇下所有的，起來，跟從了耶穌。

29 利未在自己家裏為耶穌大擺筵席；又［and］有一大幫［great company of］稅吏和別人與他們同坐［sat down with］。

30 他們的文士和法利賽人［their scribes and Phraisees］，卻［But］向耶穌的門徒發怨言說：「你們為甚麼和稅吏並罪人一同吃喝呢？」

31 耶穌回答［answering］他們說：「無病的人用不著醫生；有病的人才用得著。

32 我來本不是召義人悔改，乃是召罪人悔改。」

33 他們對他［unto him］說：「約翰的門徒屢次禁食祈禱，法利賽人的門徒也是這樣；唯獨你的門徒又吃又喝，這是為甚麼呢［why］？」

34 耶穌對他們說：「新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，你們［ye］豈能叫陪伴之人禁食呢？

35 但日子將到，新郎要從他們中間被取去［shall be taken from them］，在那些日子［in those days］他們就要禁食了。」

36 耶穌又設一個比喻，對他們說：「沒有人把新衣服中的一塊補［putteth a piece］在舊衣服上；若是這樣，就把新的撕破了，所取出［taken out of］來的那塊新的和舊的也不相稱。

37 也沒有人把新酒裝在舊皮袋裏；若是這樣，新酒必將皮袋裂開，酒便漏出來，皮袋也就壞了。

38 但新酒必須裝在新皮袋裏；兩樣就都保全了［and both are preserved］。

39 也［also］沒有人喝了陳酒又立刻［straightway］想喝新的；他總說『陳的更好［better］。』」

Chapter 5

1 And it came1096 to pass, that, as the people3793 pressed1945 on him to hear191 the word3056 of God,2316 he stood2476 by the lake3041 of Gennesaret,1082

2 And saw1492 two1417 ships4143 standing2476 by the lake:3041 but the fishermen231 were gone576 out of them, and were washing637 their nets.1350

3 And he entered1684 into1519 one1520 of the ships,4143 which3739 was Simon's,4613 and prayed2065 him that he would thrust1877 out a little3641 from the land.1095 And he sat2523 down,2523 and taught1321 the people3793 out of the ship.4143

4 Now1161 when5613 he had left3973 speaking,2980 he said2036 to Simon,4613 Launch1877 out into1519 the deep,899 and let5465 down5465 your5216 nets1350 for a draught.61

5 And Simon4613 answering611 said2036 to him, Master,1988 we have toiled2872 all3650 the night,3571 and have taken2983 nothing:3762 nevertheless1161 at1909 your word4487 I will let5465 down5465 the net.1350

6 And when they had this5124 done,4160 they enclosed4788 a great4183 multitude4128 of fishes:2486 and their net1350 broke.1284

7 And they beckoned2656 to their partners,3353 which3588 were in the other2087 ship,4143 that they should come2064 and help4815 them. And they came,2064 and filled4130 both297 the ships,4143 so5620 that they began to sink.1036

10 And so3668 was also2532 James,2385 and John,2491 the sons5207 of Zebedee,2199 which3739 were partners2844 with Simon.4613 And Jesus2424 said2036 to Simon,4613 Fear5399 not; from now on3568 you shall catch2221 men.444

11 And when they had brought2609 their ships4143 to land,1095 they forsook863 all,537 and followed190 him.

12 And it came1096 to pass, when1722 3588 he was in a certain1520 city,4172 behold2400 a man435 full4134 of leprosy:3014 who seeing1492 Jesus2424 fell4098 on1909 his face,4383 and sought1189 him, saying,3004 Lord,2962 if1437 you will,2309 you can1410 make2511 me clean.2511

13 And he put1614 forth1614 his hand,5495 and touched680 him, saying,2036 I will:2309 be you clean.2511 And immediately2112 the leprosy3014 departed565 from him.

14 And he charged3853 him to tell2036 no3367 man:3367 but go,565 and show1166 yourself4572 to the priest,2409 and offer4374 for your cleansing,2512 according as Moses3475 commanded,4367 for a testimony3142 to them.

15 But so much3123 the more3123 went1330 there a fame3056 abroad1330 of him: and great4183 multitudes3793 came4905 together4905 to hear,191 and to be healed2323 by him of their infirmities.769

16 And he withdrew5298 himself into1722 the wilderness,2048 and prayed.4336

17 And it came1096 to pass on1722 a certain1520 day,2250 as he was teaching,1321 that there were Pharisees5330 and doctors3547 of the law3547 sitting2521 by, which3739 were come2064 out of every3956 town2968 of Galilee,1056 and Judaea,2449 and Jerusalem:2419 and the power1411 of the Lord2962 was present to heal2390 them.

18 And, behold,2400 men435 brought5342 in a bed2825 a man444 which3739 was taken with a palsy:3886 and they sought2212 means to bring1533 him in, and to lay5087 him before1799 him.

19 And when they could not find2147 by what4169 way they might bring1533 him in because1223 of the multitude,3793 they went305 on the housetop,1430 and let2524 him down2524 through1223 the tiling2766 with his couch2826 into1519 the middle3319 before1715 Jesus.2424

20 And when he saw1492 their faith,4102 he said2036 to him, Man,444 your sins266 are forgiven863 you.

21 And the scribes1122 and the Pharisees5330 began756 to reason,1260 saying,3004 Who5101 is this3778 which3739 speaks2980 blasphemies?988 Who5101 can1410 forgive863 sins,266 but God2316 alone?3441

22 But when Jesus2424 perceived1921 their thoughts,1261 he answering611 said2036 to them, What5101 reason1260 you in your5216 hearts?2588

23 Whether5101 is easier,2123 to say,2036 Your sins266 be forgiven863 you; or2228 to say,2036 Rise1453 up and walk?4043

24 But that you may know1492 that the Son5207 of man444 has2192 power1849 on earth1093 to forgive863 sins,266 (he said2036 to the sick3885 of the palsy,3886) I say3004 to you, Arise,1453 and take142 up your couch,2826 and go4198 into1519 your4675 house.3624

25 And immediately3916 he rose450 up before1799 them, and took142 up that where on1909 3739 he lay,2621 and departed565 to his own house,3624 glorifying1392 God.2316

26 And they were all537 amazed,1611 2983 and they glorified1392 God,2316 and were filled4130 with fear,5401 saying,3004 We have seen1492 strange3861 things to day.4594

27 And after3326 these5023 things he went1831 forth,1831 and saw2300 a publican,5057 named3686 Levi,3018 sitting2521 at1909 the receipt5058 of custom:5058 and he said2036 to him, Follow190 me.

28 And he left2641 all,537 rose450 up, and followed190 him.

29 And Levi3018 made4160 him a great3173 feast1403 in his own house:3614 and there was a great4183 company3793 of publicans5057 and of others243 that sat2621 down2621 with them.

30 But their scribes1122 and Pharisees5330 murmured1111 against4314 his disciples,3101 saying,3004 Why1302 do you eat2068 and drink4095 with publicans5057 and sinners?268

31 And Jesus2424 answering611 said2036 to them, They that are whole5198 need2192 5532 not a physician;2395 but they that are sick.2192 2560

32 I came2064 not to call2564 the righteous,1342 but sinners268 to repentance.3341

33 And they said2036 to him, Why1302 do the disciples3101 of John2491 fast3522 often,4437 and make4160 prayers,1162 and likewise3668 the disciples of the Pharisees;5330 but your4674 eat2068 and drink?4095

34 And he said2036 to them, Can1410 you make4160 the children5207 of the bridal chamber3567 fast,3522 while1722 3739 the bridegroom3566 is with them?

35 But the days2250 will come,2064 when3752 the bridegroom3566 shall be taken522 away851 from them, and then5119 shall they fast3522 in those1565 days.2250

36 And he spoke3004 also2532 a parable3850 to them; No3762 man3762 puts1911 a piece1915 of a new2537 garment2440 on an old;3820 if1490 otherwise,1490 then both2532 the new2537 makes4977 a rent,4977 and the piece1915 that was taken out of the new2537 agrees4856 not with the old.3820

37 And no3762 man3762 puts906 new3501 wine3631 into1519 old3820 bottles;779 else1490 the new3501 wine3631 will burst4486 the bottles,779 and be spilled,1632 and the bottles779 shall perish.622

38 But new3501 wine3631 must be put906 into1519 new2537 bottles;779 and both297 are preserved.4933

39 No3762 man3762 also2532 having drunk4095 old3820 wine straightway2112 desires2309 new:2537 for he said,3004 The old3820 is better.5543

18 忽然［behold］有人用褥子抬著一個癱子，想法子［sought means］要抬進去放在耶穌面前。

18 And, behold,2400 men435 brought5342 in a bed2825 a man444 which3739 was taken with a palsy:3886 and they sought2212 means to bring1533 him in, and to lay5087 him before1799 him.

19 他們既［when they］因人多，尋不出法子抬他［him］進去，就上了房頂，從瓦間把他連榻［couch］縋到當中，正在耶穌面前。

19 And when they could not find2147 by what4169 way they might bring1533 him in because1223 of the multitude,3793 they went305 on the housetop,1430 and let2524 him down2524 through1223 the tiling2766 with his couch2826 into1519 the middle3319 before1715 Jesus.2424

20 耶穌見他們的信心，就對癱子說：「你這個人［Man］，你的罪饒恕［forgiven］了。」

21 文士和法利賽人就議論說：「這說僭妄話的是誰？除了神以外，誰能恕［forgive］罪呢？」

22 但［But］耶穌知道他們的意念［thoughts］，就回答［answering］他們［them］說：「你們心裏議論的是甚麼呢？

26 眾人都驚奇，也歸榮耀與神，並且滿心懼怕，說：「我們今日看見非常的事了。」

27 這些［these］事以後，耶穌出去，看見一個稅吏，名叫利未，坐在稅關上；耶穌［he］就對他說：「你跟從我來。」
