路加福音

第17章

1 耶穌就［Then］對門徒說：「絆倒人的事是免不了的；但那絆倒人的有禍了。

2 就是把磨石縛在這人的頸項上，丟在海裏，還勝過［better］他把這小子裏的一個絆倒了。

3 你們要謹慎。若是你的兄弟［brother］得罪你，就責備［rebuke］他；他若懊悔，就饒恕他。

4 倘若他一天七次得罪你，又一天［in a day］七次回轉，說：『我懊悔了；』你總要饒恕他。」

5 使徒對主說：「求主加增我們的信心。」

6 主說：「你們若有信心像一粒芥菜種，就是對這棵桑樹說：『你要拔起根來，栽在海裏。』它也必聽從你們。

7 然而［But］，你們誰有僕人耕地或是放牛［cattle］，從田裏回來，就快快［by and by］對他說『你去［Go］坐下用餐［to meat］』呢？

8 豈不對他說：『你給我預備晚餐［sup］，束上帶子伺候我，等我吃喝完了；然後［afterward］你才可以吃喝』嗎？

9 那［that］僕人照所吩咐的去做，主人還謝謝他麼？我想不是［I trow not］。

10 你們也是這樣［So likewise ye］，你們作完了一切所吩咐你們［you］的，只當說：『我們是無用的僕人；我們［we］所作的，本是我們應分作的。』」

11 耶穌往耶路撒冷去，經過撒瑪利亞和加利利。

12 他［he］進入一個村子，有十個長大痲瘋的，迎面而來，遠遠的站著；

13 他們［they］高聲說：「耶穌，夫子，可憐我們吧。」

14 耶穌看見他們［them］，就對他們說：「你們去把身體給祭司察看。」他們去的時候就潔淨了。

15 內中有一個見自己已經好了，就回來大聲歸榮耀與神，

16 又臉［face］伏在耶穌腳前，感謝他；這人是撒瑪利亞人。

17 耶穌回答［answering］說：「潔淨了的不是十個人嗎？那九個卻［but］在哪裏呢？

18 除了這外族人，再沒有別人回來歸榮耀與神的［give glory to God］。」

19 耶穌［he］就對那人說：「起來，你［thy］走吧；你的信使你痊癒了［made thee whole］。」

20 法利賽人問耶穌［he］，問神的國幾時來到，耶穌回答他們［them］說：「神的國來到不是眼所能見的；

21 人也不得說：『看哪，在這裏。看哪，在那裏。』因為看哪［behold］，神的國就在你們裏面［is within you］。」

22 他又對門徒說：「日子將到，你們巴不得看見人子的一個日子，卻不得看見。

23 人將要對你們說：『看這裏［See here］；』或是看那裏［there］。你們不要隨從他們［after them］去，也不要跟隨他們。

24 因為閃電怎樣從天這邊一閃，直照到天那邊［as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one [part] under heaven, shineth unto the other [part] under heaven］；人子在他的日子，也必這樣［so shall also the Son of man be in his day］。

25 只是他必須先受許多苦，又被這世代棄絕。

26 挪亞的日子怎樣，人子的日子也要怎樣。

27 那時候的人又吃又喝，娶妻［wives］嫁配［given in marriage］，到挪亞進方舟的那日，洪水就來，把他們全都滅了。

28 又好像羅得的日子；人又吃又喝，又買又賣，又耕種又蓋造；

29 然而［But］，當［the same day］羅得出所多瑪的那日，就有火與硫磺從天上降下來，把他們全都滅了。

30 人子顯現的日子也要這樣。

31 當那日，人在房上，器具在屋裏，不要下來拿；人在田裏，也不要回家。

32 你們要回想羅得的妻子。

33 凡想要救自己［save his］生命的，必喪掉生命；凡喪掉生命的，必保全［preserve］生命。

34 我告訴你們［tell you］，當那一夜，兩個人在一個床上；要取去一個，撇下一個。

35 兩個女人一同推磨；要取去一個，撇下一個。

36 兩個人在田裏；要取去一個撇下一個。」

37 門徒回答［answered］耶穌［him］說：「主啊，在哪裏有這事呢？」耶穌對他們［unto them］說：「身體［body］在哪裏，鷹必［will］聚在那裏。」

Luke

Chapter 17

1 AND Jesus said to his disciples, It is impossible but that offences should come; but woe to him by whose hand they come!

2 It were better for him that an ass' millstone were hanged on his neck, and he thrown into the sea, than cause one of these little ones to stumble.

3 Beware among yourselves. If your brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.

4 And if he should offend you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn to you and say, I repent; forgive him.

5 And the apostles said to our Lord, Increase our faith.

6 He said to them, If you have faith, even as a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, Be uprooted and planted in the sea; it would obey you.

7 Now which of you has a servant who ploughs or feeds sheep, and if he should come from the field, would say to him, Enter in and sit down?

8 But he will rather say to him, Prepare something that I may have my supper, and gird yourself and serve me until I eat and drink; and then you also can eat and drink.

9 Why, will that servant receive praise, because he did what he was commanded to do? I do not think so.

10 Even you also, when you have done all the things which are commanded you, say, We are idle servants; we have only done what was our duty to do.

11 And it came to pass, while Jesus was going to Jerusalem, he passed through Samaritan territory which is towards Galilee.

12 And when he drew near to enter a village, he was met by ten lepers, and they stood afar off;

13 And they lifted their voices saying, O Jesus, our Master, have mercy on us.

14 And when he saw them he said to them, Go, show yourselves to the priests; and while they were going, they were cleansed.

15 But one of them, when he saw that he was cleansed, turned back, and with a loud voice praised God.

16 And he fell on his face at the feet of Jesus, thanking him; and this one was a Samaritan.

17 Jesus answered and said, Were there not ten who were cleansed? where are the nine?

18 Why did they separate themselves so as not to come and give praise to God, except this man who is of a strange people?

19 And he said to him, Arise, go, your faith has healed you.

20 When some of the Pharisees asked Jesus, when the kingdom of God would come, he answered and said to them, The kingdom of God does not come by observation.

21 Neither will they say, Behold, it is here! or, behold, it is there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

22 And he said to his disciples, The days will come when you will covet to see one of the days of the Son of man, and you will not see it.

23 And if they should say to you, Behold, he is here! and behold, he is there! do not go.

24 For just as the lightning flashes from the sky, and all under the sky is lightened, such will be the day of the Son of man.

25 But first he must suffer a great many things, and be rejected by this generation.

26 Just as it happened in the days of Noah, such will it be in the days of the Son of man.

27 For they were eating and drinking, and marrying women, and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed every man.

28 And again, just as it happened in the days of Lot; they were eating and drinking, and buying and selling, and planting and building;

29 But in the day when Lot went out of Sodom, the Lord sent down a rain of fire and sulphur from heaven, and destroyed them all.

30 Such will it be in the day when the Son of man appears.

31 In that day, he who is on the roof and his clothes in the house, will not come down to take them; and he who is in the field will not return back.

32 Just remember Lot's wife.

33 He who desires to save his life shall lose it; and he who loses his life shall save it.

34 I say to you that in that very night two will be in one bed; one will be taken away, and the other left.

35 And two women will be grinding together; one will be taken away, and the other left.

36 Two will be in the field; one will be taken, and the other left.

37 They answered and said to him, Our Lord, to what place? He said to them, Wherever the corpse is, there will the eagles gather.

15 內中有一個見自己已經好了，就回來大聲歸榮耀與神，	15 But one of them, when he saw that he was cleansed, turned back, and with a loud voice praised God.
16 又臉［face］伏在耶穌腳前，感謝他；這人是撒瑪利亞人。	16 And he fell on his face at the feet of Jesus, thanking him; and this one was a Samaritan.
17 耶穌回答［answering］說：「潔淨了的不是十個人嗎？那九個卻［but］在哪裏呢？	17 Jesus answered and said, Were there not ten who were cleansed? where are the nine?
18 除了這外族人，再沒有別人回來歸榮耀與神的［give glory to God］。」	18 Why did they separate themselves so as not to come and give praise to God, except this man who is of a strange people?
19 耶穌［he］就對那人說：「起來，你［thy］走吧；你的信使你痊癒了［made thee whole］。」	19 And he said to him, Arise, go, your faith has healed you.

23 人將要對你們說：『看這裏［See here］；』或是看那裏［there］。你們不要隨從他們［after them］去，也不要跟隨他們。	23 And if they should say to you, Behold, he is here! and behold, he is there! do not go.
24 因為閃電怎樣從天這邊一閃，直照到天那邊［as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one [part] under heaven, shineth unto the other [part] under heaven］；人子在他的日子，也必這樣［so shall also the Son of man be in his day］。	24 For just as the lightning flashes from the sky, and all under the sky is lightened, such will be the day of the Son of man.

26 挪亞的日子怎樣，人子的日子也要怎樣。	26 Just as it happened in the days of Noah, such will it be in the days of the Son of man.
27 那時候的人又吃又喝，娶妻［wives］嫁配［given in marriage］，到挪亞進方舟的那日，洪水就來，把他們全都滅了。	27 For they were eating and drinking, and marrying women, and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed every man.
28 又好像羅得的日子；人又吃又喝，又買又賣，又耕種又蓋造；	28 And again, just as it happened in the days of Lot; they were eating and drinking, and buying and selling, and planting and building;
29 然而［But］，當［the same day］羅得出所多瑪的那日，就有火與硫磺從天上降下來，把他們全都滅了。	29 But in the day when Lot went out of Sodom, the Lord sent down a rain of fire and sulphur from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 人子顯現的日子也要這樣。	30 Such will it be in the day when the Son of man appears.
31 當那日，人在房上，器具在屋裏，不要下來拿；人在田裏，也不要回家。	31 In that day, he who is on the roof and his clothes in the house, will not come down to take them; and he who is in the field will not return back.
32 你們要回想羅得的妻子。	32 Just remember Lot's wife.
