1 Then1161 said2036 he to the disciples,3101 It is impossible418 but that offenses4625 will come:2064 but woe3759 to him, through1223 whom3739 they come!2064

2 It were better3081 for him that a millstone3458 3684 were hanged4029 about4012 his neck,5137 and he cast4496 into1519 the sea,2281 than2228 that he should offend4624 one1520 of these5130 little3398 ones.

3 Take heed4337 to yourselves:1438 If1437 your brother80 trespass264 against1519 you, rebuke2008 him; and if1437 he repent,3340 forgive863 him.

4 And if1437 he trespass264 against1519 you seven2034 times2034 in a day,2250 and seven2034 times2034 in a day2250 turn1994 again1994 to you, saying,3004 I repent;3340 you shall forgive863 him.

5 And the apostles652 said2036 to the Lord,2962 Increase4369 our faith.4102

6 And the Lord2962 said,2036 If1487 you had2192 faith4102 as a grain2848 of mustard4615 seed, you might say3004 to this5026 sycamine4807 tree, Be you plucked1610 up by the root,1610 and be you planted5452 in the sea;2281 and it should obey5219 you.

7 But which5101 of you, having2192 a servant1401 plowing722 or2228 feeding4165 cattle,4165 will say2046 to him by and by, when he is come1525 from the field,68 Go3928 and sit377 down377 to meat?

8 And will not rather say2046 to him, Make2090 ready2090 with which5101 I may sup,1172 and gird4024 yourself, and serve1247 me, till2193 I have eaten5315 and drunken;4095 and afterward3326 5023 you shall eat5315 and drink?4095

9 Does he thank2192 5485 that servant1401 because3754 he did4160 the things that were commanded1299 him? I trow1380 not.

10 So3779 likewise2532 you, when3752 you shall have done4160 all3956 those3588 things which are commanded1299 you, say,3004 We are unprofitable888 servants:1401 we have done4160 that which3739 was our duty3784 to do.4160

11 And it came1096 to pass, as he went4198 to Jerusalem,2419 that he passed1330 through1223 the middle3319 of Samaria4540 and Galilee.1056

12 And as he entered1525 into1519 a certain5100 village,2968 there met528 him ten1176 men435 that were lepers,3015 which3739 stood2476 afar4207 off:

13 And they lifted142 up their voices,5456 and said,3004 Jesus,2424 Master,1988 have mercy1653 on us.

14 And when he saw1492 them, he said2036 to them, Go4198 show1925 yourselves1438 to the priests.2409 And it came1096 to pass, that, as they went,5217 they were cleansed.2511

15 And one1520 of them, when he saw1492 that he was healed,2390 turned5290 back,5290 and with a loud3173 voice5456 glorified1392 God,2316

16 And fell4098 down on1909 his face4383 at3844 his feet,4228 giving him thanks:2168 and he was a Samaritan.4541

17 And Jesus2424 answering611 said,2036 Were there not ten1176 cleansed?2511 but where4226 are the nine?1767

19 And he said2036 to him, Arise,450 go4198 your way: your faith4102 has made4982 you whole.4982

20 And when he was demanded1905 of the Pharisees,5330 when4218 the kingdom932 of God2316 should come,2064 he answered611 them and said,2036 The kingdom932 of God2316 comes2064 not with observation:3907

21 Neither3761 shall they say,2046 See2400 here!5602 or,2228 see2400 there!1563 for, behold,2400 the kingdom932 of God2316 is within1787 you.

22 And he said2036 to the disciples,3101 The days2250 will come,2064 when3753 you shall desire1937 to see1492 one3391 of the days2250 of the Son5207 of man,444 and you shall not see3700 it.

23 And they shall say2046 to you, See2400 here;5602 or,2228 see2400 there:1563 go565 not after them, nor3364 follow1377 them.

24 For as the lightning,796 that lightens797 out of the one part under5259 heaven,3772 shines2989 to the other part under5259 heaven;3772 so3779 shall also2532 the Son5207 of man444 be in his day.2250

25 But first4412 must1163 he suffer3958 many4183 things, and be rejected593 of this5026 generation.1074

26 And as it was in the days2250 of Noe,3575 so3779 shall it be also2532 in the days2250 of the Son5207 of man.444

27 They did eat,2068 they drank,4095 they married1060 wives, they were given in marriage,1548 until891 the day2250 that Noe3575 entered1525 into1519 the ark,2787 and the flood2627 came,2064 and destroyed622 them all.537

28 Likewise3668 also2532 as it was in the days2250 of Lot;3091 they did eat,2068 they drank,4095 they bought,59 they sold,4453 they planted,5452 they built;3618

29 But the same day2250 that Lot3091 went1831 out of Sodom4670 it rained1026 fire4442 and brimstone2303 from heaven,3772 and destroyed622 them all.537

30 Even thus2596 5023 shall it be in the day2250 when the Son5207 of man444 is revealed.601

31 In that day,2250 he which3739 shall be on the housetop,1430 and his stuff4632 in the house,3614 let him not come2597 down2597 to take142 it away: and he that is in the field,68 let him likewise3668 not return1994 back.3694

32 Remember3421 Lot's wife.1135

33 Whoever3739 1437 shall seek2212 to save4982 his life5590 shall lose622 it; and whoever3739 1437 shall lose622 his life5590 shall preserve2225 it.

7 爾曹有僕、或耕或牧、自田歸、孰卽命之席坐乎、

9 Does he thank2192 5485 that servant1401 because3754 he did4160 the things that were commanded1299 him? I trow1380 not.

9 僕奉命而行、寕謝之乎、我意不然、

10 So3779 likewise2532 you, when3752 you shall have done4160 all3956 those3588 things which are commanded1299 you, say,3004 We are unprofitable888 servants:1401 we have done4160 that which3739 was our duty3784 to do.4160

10 如此、爾曹卽行所命、亦自謂無益之僕、行所當行已耳、〇

11 And it came1096 to pass, as he went4198 to Jerusalem,2419 that he passed1330 through1223 the middle3319 of Samaria4540 and Galilee.1056

11 耶穌往耶路撒冷、經撒馬利亞加利利、

12 入一村、遇癩者十人、遠立揚聲曰、
