5 Which3739 in other2087 ages1074 was not made1107 known1107 to the sons5207 of men,444 as it is now3568 revealed601 to his holy40 apostles652 and prophets4396 by the Spirit;4151

6 That the Gentiles1484 should be fellow heirs,4789 and of the same4954 body,4954 and partakers4830 of his promise1860 in Christ5547 by the gospel:2098

7 Whereof3739 I was made1096 a minister,1249 according2596 to the gift1431 of the grace5485 of God2316 given1325 to me by the effectual1753 working1753 of his power.1411

8 To me, who am less1647 than the least1647 of all3956 saints,40 is this3778 grace5485 given,1325 that I should preach2097 among1722 the Gentiles1484 the unsearchable421 riches4149 of Christ;5547

9 And to make5461 all3956 men see5461 what5101 is the fellowship2842 of the mystery,3466 which3588 from the beginning of the world165 has been hid614 in God,2316 who3588 created2936 all3956 things by Jesus2424 Christ:5547

10 To the intent2443 that now3568 to the principalities746 and powers1849 in heavenly2032 places might be known1107 by the church1577 the manifold4182 wisdom4678 of God,2316

2 諒必你們曾聽見神賜恩給我，將關切你們的職分託付我，

3 他［he］用啟示使我知道福音的奧秘；（正如我以前略略寫過的。

4 你們念了，就能曉得我深知基督的奧秘。）

5 這奧秘在以前的世代沒有叫人知道，像如今藉著靈［Spirit］啟示他的聖使徒和先知一樣。

6 這奧秘就是外邦人在基督［Christ］裏，藉著福音，得以同為後嗣，同為一體，同蒙應許。

7 我作了這福音的執事，是照神的恩所賜［gift of the grace］，這恩賜是照他運行的大能賜給我的。

8 我本來比眾聖徒中最小的還小，然而他還賜我這恩典，叫我把基督那測不透的豐富傳於外邦人中間［preach among the Gentiles］；

9 又使眾人都明白，這從世界的起頭［beginning of the world］以來隱藏在藉著耶穌基督［by Jesus Christ］創造一切［all things］之神裏的奧秘，是如何安排的。

10 為要藉著教會使天上執政的、掌權的，現在得知神百般的智慧。

11 這是照他［he］在我們主［our Lord］基督耶穌裏所定永遠的［eternal］旨意。

12 我們因信耶穌，就在他裏面放膽無懼，篤信不疑的來到神面前。

13 所以，我求你們不要因我為你們所受的患難喪膽，這原是你們的榮耀。

14 因此，我在我們主耶穌基督的［of our Lord Jesus Christ］父面前屈膝。

15 天上地上的全家［the whole family］，都是從他得名。

16 求他按著他豐盛的榮耀，以［by］他的靈［Spirit］，叫你們內裏的人［inner man］剛強起來；

17 使基督因你們的信，住在你們心裏，叫你們的愛心有根有基，

18 能以和眾聖徒一同明白基督的愛是何等長闊高深，

19 並知道基督的［of Christ］愛是過於人所能測度的，便叫神一切所充滿的，充滿了你們。

20 神能照著運行在我們心裏的大力充充足足的成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。

21 但願他在教會中，並在基督耶穌裏，得著榮耀，直到世世代代，永世無盡［world withour end］。阿們。
