2 And there remained3498 among the children1121 of Israel3478 seven7651 tribes,7626 which834 had not3808 yet received2505 853 their inheritance.5159

3 And Joshua3091 said559 unto413 the children1121 of Israel,3478 How long5704 575 are ye859 slack7503 to go935 to possess3423 853 the land,776 which834 the LORD3068 God430 of your fathers1 hath given5414 you?

4 Give3051 out from among you three7969 men376 for each tribe:7626 and I will send7971 them, and they shall rise,6965 and go1980 through the land,776 and describe3789 it according6310 to the inheritance5159 of them; and they shall come935 again to413 me.

5 And they shall divide2505 it into seven7651 parts:2506 Judah3063 shall abide5975 in5921 their coast1366 on the south,4480 5045 and the house1004 of Joseph3130 shall abide5975 in5921 their coasts1366 on the north.4480 6828

6 Ye859 shall therefore describe3789 853 the land776 into seven7651 parts,2506 and bring935 the description hither2008 to413 me, that I may cast3384 lots1486 for you here6311 before6440 the LORD3068 our God.430

7 But3588 the Levites3881 have no369 part2506 among7130 you; for3588 the priesthood3550 of the LORD3068 is their inheritance:5159 and Gad,1410 and Reuben,7205 and half2677 the tribe7626 of Manasseh,4519 have received3947 their inheritance5159 beyond4480 5676 Jordan3383 on the east,4217 which834 Moses4872 the servant5650 of the LORD3068 gave5414 them.

8 And the men376 arose,6965 and went away:1980 and Joshua3091 charged6680 853 them that went1980 to describe3789 853 the land,776 saying,559 Go1980 and walk1980 through the land,776 and describe3789 it, and come again7725 to413 me, that I may here6311 cast7993 lots1486 for you before6440 the LORD3068 in Shiloh.7887

9 And the men376 went1980 and passed through5674 the land,776 and described3789 it by cities5892 into seven7651 parts2506 in5921 a book,5612 and came935 again to413 Joshua3091 to413 the host4264 at Shiloh.7887

10 And Joshua3091 cast7993 lots1486 for them in Shiloh7887 before6440 the LORD:3068 and there8033 Joshua3091 divided2505 853 the land776 unto the children1121 of Israel3478 according to their divisions.4256

11 And the lot1486 of the tribe4294 of the children1121 of Benjamin1144 came up5927 according to their families:4940 and the coast1366 of their lot1486 came forth3318 between996 the children1121 of Judah3063 and the children1121 of Joseph.3130

12 And their border1366 on the north6828 side6285 was1961 from4480 Jordan;3383 and the border1366 went up5927 to413 the side3802 of Jericho3405 on the north side,4480 6828 and went up5927 through the mountains2022 westward;3220 and the goings out8444 thereof were1961 at the wilderness4057 of Beth-aven.1007

13 And the border1366 went over5674 from thence4480 8033 toward Luz,3870 to413 the side3802 of Luz,3870 which1931 is Bethel,1008 southward;5045 and the border1366 descended3381 to Ataroth-adar,5853 near5921 the hill2022 that834 lieth on the south side4480 5045 of the nether8481 Beth-horon.1032

14 And the border1366 was drawn8388 thence, and compassed5437 the corner6285 of the sea3220 southward,5045 from4480 the hill2022 that834 lieth before592 6440 Beth-horon1032 southward;5045 and the goings out8444 thereof were1961 at413 Kirjath-baal,7154 which1931 is Kirjath-jearim,7157 a city5892 of the children1121 of Judah:3063 this2063 was the west3220 quarter.6285

15 And the south5045 quarter6285 was from the end4480 7097 of Kirjath-jearim,7157 and the border1366 went out3318 on the west,3220 and went out3318 to413 the well4599 of waters4325 of Nephtoah.5318

16 And the border1366 came down3381 to413 the end7097 of the mountain2022 that834 lieth before5921 6440 the valley1516 of the son1121 of Hinnom,2011 and which834 is in the valley6010 of the giants7497 on the north,6828 and descended3381 to the valley1516 of Hinnom,2011 to413 the side3802 of Jebusi2983 on the south,5045 and descended3381 to En-rogel,5883

17 And was drawn8388 from the north,4480 6828 and went forth3318 to En-shemesh,5885 and went forth3318 toward413 Geliloth,1553 which834 is over against5227 the going up4608 of Adummim,131 and descended3381 to the stone68 of Bohan932 the son1121 of Reuben,7205

18 And passed5674 along toward413 the side3802 over against4136 Arabah6160 northward,6828 and went down3381 unto Arabah: 6160

19 And the border1366 passed along5674 to413 the side3802 of Beth-hoglah1031 northward:6828 and the outgoings8444 of the border1366 were1961 at413 the north6828 bay3956 of the salt4417 sea3220 at413 the south5045 end7097 of Jordan:3383 this2088 was the south5045 coast.1366

20 And Jordan3383 was the border1379 of it on the east6924 side.6285 This2063 was the inheritance5159 of the children1121 of Benjamin,1144 by the coasts1367 thereof round about,5439 according to their families.4940

21 Now the cities5892 of the tribe4294 of the children1121 of Benjamin1144 according to their families4940 were1961 Jericho,3405 and Beth-hoglah,1031 and the valley6010 of Keziz,7104

22 And Beth-arabah,1026 and Zemaraim,6787 and Bethel,1008

23 And Avim,5761 and Parah,6511 and Ophrah,6084

24 And Chephar-haammonai,3726 and Ophni,6078 and Gaba;1387 twelve8147 6240 cities5892 with their villages: 2691

25 Gibeon,1391 and Ramah,7414 and Beeroth,881

26 And Mizpeh,4708 and Chephirah,3716 and Mozah,4681

27 And Rekem,7552 and Irpeel,3416 and Taralah,8634

28 And Zelah,6762 Eleph,507 and Jebusi,2983 which1931 is Jerusalem,3389 Gibeath,1394 and Kirjath;7157 fourteen702 6240 cities5892 with their villages.2691 This2063 is the inheritance5159 of the children1121 of Benjamin1144 according to their families.4940
