MalachiChapter 3 |
|
1 BEHOLD, I will send my messenger and he shall prepare the way before me; and he for whom you are waiting shall suddenly come to the temple of the LORD, even the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight; behold, he shall come, says the LORD of hosts. |
|
2 But who can endure the day of his coming? And who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap; |
|
3 For he shall return to refine and purify the people like silver; and he shall cleanse the sons of Levi and purge them like gold and silver, that they may offer to the LORD an offering in righteousness. |
|
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant to the LORD, as in the days of old and as in former years. |
|
5 And I will come near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against those who swear falsely and against those who defraud the laborer of his wages, the stranger, the orphan, and the widow; and those who turn aside him who turns to me, and do not fear me, says the LORD of hosts. |
|
6 For I am the LORD, I change not; but you sons of Jacob have not departed from your iniquities. |
|
7 Even from the days of your fathers you have gone astray from my ordinances and have not obeyed them. Return to me and I will return to you, says the LORD of hosts. But you say, How shall we return? |
|
8 Will a man defraud God as you have defrauded me? But you say, How have we defrauded thee? In tithes and offerings. |
|
9 You are cursed with curses, and yet you defraud me. |
|
10 Bring all the tithes into my storehouse that there may be food in my house, and prove me now in this, says the LORD of hosts, and I will open the windows of heaven for you and pour out blessings for you until you shall say, It is enough. |
|
11 And I will rebuke the devourer, so that it shall not destroy the fruits of the land; neither shall your vine cast its fruit before the time in the field, says the LORD of hosts. |
|
12 And all nations shall praise you, when you shall be a land of my delight, says the LORD of hosts. |
|
13 Your words have been grievous against me, says the LORD. And you say, What have we spoken against thee? |
|
14 You have said, We have served God in vain; what have we profited that we have kept his ordinances and that we have walked meekly before the LORD of hosts? |
|
15 And henceforth we call the wicked blessed; yea, they that work wickedness are well established; they tempt God, and yet they are delivered. |
|
16 These were the things which those who revered the LORD spoke often one to another; and the LORD gave ear and heard it, and he wrote it in a book of remembrance before him for those who revere him and for those who praise his name. |
|
17 And they shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, on that day when I will assemble the people; and I will have pity on them as a man pities his own son who serves him. |
|
18 Then shall you return and see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who served God and those who served him not. |

1 萬有之主耶和華曰、我遺使者、備道於我前、爾所求所悅之上主、盟約之天使、果將至矣、率入厥殿、 |
|
2 彼旣涖臨、顯著斯土、誰能恒立、彼若鍛金之火、浣布之鹻、 |
|
3 彼將坐而鍛銀滌利未族之污、煉之若金銀、使無不義、然後獻禮於耶和華、 |
|
4 時猶大族耶路撒冷人所獻之祭、必爲耶和華所悅納、與古昔無異、 |
|
5 萬有之主耶和華曰、我必涖臨、降災於爾、凡巫覡行淫之子、妄誓之輩、奪傭人之値、虐遇孤寡、使賓旅不得伸其枉屈、而不敬畏我者、必速降以罰。 |
|
6 我乃耶和華永不移易、故爾雅各人、不盡殲滅。 |
|
7 萬有之主耶和華曰、自列祖以來、爾背我法度、不遵我道、然爾歸誠於我、而我必復加眷顧、爾曰、若何爲之歸誠、 |
|
8 曰、人豈可欺上帝哉、惟爾欺我、爾曰、何欺爾、曰、不納什一、不獻禮物、 |
|
9 爾曹通國之民、無不欺子、故服咒詛、 |
|
10 萬有之主耶和華曰、當納什一、入於府庫、使在我室、得有甘旨、以是試我、待我破灭之隙、使盈餘之福、傾注而下、不可勝數。 |
|
11 萬有之主耶和華曰、我必因爾之故、責彼蝗蟲、不壤爾之土產、不使爾之葡萄、果實零落、 |
|
12 萬有之主耶和華曰、爾邑必爲樂土、列邦之民、必謂爾有福、 |
|
13 耶和華曰、爾出言不遜、違逆乎我、爾曰、予以何詞悖爾哉、 |
|
14 爾常言曰、服事上帝、終屬徒勞、我心甚憂、順從萬有之主耶和華、守其法度、何益之有、 |
|
15 我見驕者福祉駢臻、惡者昌盛無比、雖試上帝、亦得免於患難、 |
|
16 是時寅畏耶和華者、咸相告語、耶和華聽之、凡畏耶和華緬想其名者、錄之於書、呈於其前、 |
|
17 萬有之主耶和華曰、我定之期旣屆、必以斯人爲寶、施以仁慈、若慈父之於孝子焉、 |
|
18 當斯時也、義與不義之人、爾得詳辨之、事上帝與不事上帝者、爾得區别之。 |
