1 Shiggaion7692 of David,1732 which834 he sang7891 unto the LORD,3068 concerning5921 the words1697 of Cush3568 the Benjamite.1145 O LORD3068 my God,430 in you do I put my trust:2620 save3467 me from all3605 them that persecute7291 me, and deliver5337 me:

2 Lest6435 he tear2963 my soul5315 like a lion,738 rending6561 it in pieces, while there is none369 to deliver.5337

3 O LORD3068 my God,430 if518 I have done6213 this;2063 if518 there be iniquity5766 in my hands;3709

4 If518 I have rewarded1580 evil7451 to him that was at peace7999 with me; (yes, I have delivered2502 him that without7387 cause7387 is my enemy:6887)

5 Let the enemy341 persecute7291 my soul,5315 and take5381 it; yes, let him tread7429 down my life2416 on the earth,776 and lay7931 my honor3519 in the dust.6083 Selah.5542

8 The LORD3068 shall judge1777 the people:5971 judge8199 me, O LORD,3068 according to my righteousness,6664 and according to my integrity8537 that is in me.

9 Oh4994 let the wickedness7451 of the wicked7563 come to an end;1584 but establish3559 the just:6662 for the righteous6662 God430 tries974 the hearts3826 and reins.3629

10 My defense4043 is of God,430 which saves3467 the upright3477 in heart.3820

11 God430 judges8199 the righteous,6662 and God410 is angry2194 with the wicked every3605 day.3117

12 If518 he turn7725 not, he will whet3913 his sword;2719 he has bent1869 his bow,7198 and made it ready.3559

13 He has also prepared3559 for him the instruments3627 of death;4194 he ordains6466 his arrows2671 against the persecutors.1814

14 Behold,2009 he travails2254 with iniquity,205 and has conceived2029 mischief,5999 and brought3205 forth3205 falsehood.8267

15 He made3738 a pit,953 and dig2658 it, and is fallen5307 into the ditch7845 which he made.6466

16 His mischief5999 shall return7725 on his own head,7218 and his violent2555 dealing shall come3381 down3381 on his own pate.6936

2 Вечный, мой Бог, у Тебя я ищу прибежища. Спаси меня и избавь от всех, кто меня преследует,

3 иначе, как лев, меня разорвут, растерзают – и не будет спасителя!

4 Вечный, мой Бог, если я это сделал, если руки мои творили несправедливость,

5 если я сделал зло тому, кто со мною в мире, или врага без повода обобрал,

6 то пусть враг за мною погонится и настигнет, пусть он жизнь мою втопчет в землю и повергнет славу мою в прах.                                      Пауза

7 Вечный, восстань в гневе Своём, ополчись на неистовство моих врагов!Пробудись, заступись за меня на суде, который Ты определил!

8 Пусть окружат Тебя собравшиеся народы, воссядь над ними на высоте. .

9 Судит Вечный народы. Оправдай меня, Вечный, по праведности моей, по моей непорочности, о Высочайший.

10 Праведный Бог, судящий помыслы и сердца,положи конец беззаконию нечестивых, но праведного укрепи.

11 Щит мой – Бог Высочайший, спасающий правых сердцем.

12 Всевышний – судья справедливый, Бог, строго взыскивающий каждый день.

13 Если кто не раскается, Он наточит Свой меч, согнёт лук и оснастит его тетивой,

14 приготовит оружие смертоносное и огненными сделает стрелы.

15 Кто неправду зачал и носит под сердцем зло, тот разрешится от бремени ложью.

16 Кто рыл и выкопал яму, сам в неё упадёт.

17 Зло его к нему же и вернётся, на него же обратится его жестокость.
