3 余也追思上帝、昔日救我、今也不然、彌懐殷憂、念及往事、更喪厥膽兮、

4 因爾譴責、弗能偃息、遘此重艱、難以啟齒兮、

5 余迴憶前時、追維陳迹、

6 夤夜謳歌、今也中心存想、以神察理、何不如昔兮、

7 主豈永棄我躬、不復加以矜憫、

8 靳其仁慈、弗踐其應許兮、

9 上帝詎忘其恩澤、絕其哀矜、而懐震怒兮。

10 予也返躬自思、知頃所言、反以自害兮、至上之主、在昔所爲、余必思維兮、

11 耶和華兮、余稽古昔、念爾異蹟、

12 默想爾經綸、仰望爾作爲兮、

13 以色列之上帝兮、爾之所行、允稱至聖、大莫與京兮、

14 神妙莫測、施力於異邦兮、
