2 Bless1288 the LORD,3068 O my soul,5315 and forget7911 not all3605 his benefits:1576

3 Who forgives5545 all3605 your iniquities;5771 who heals7495 all3605 your diseases;8463

4 Who redeems1350 your life2416 from destruction;7845 who crowns5849 you with loving kindness2617 and tender mercies;7356

5 Who satisfies7646 your mouth5716 with good2896 things; so that your youth5271 is renewed2318 like the eagle's.5404

6 The LORD3068 executes6213 righteousness6666 and judgment4941 for all3605 that are oppressed.6231

7 He made known3045 his ways1870 to Moses,4872 his acts5949 to the children1121 of Israel.3478

4 以手援予、免於死亡、賜以仁慈矜憫、若加冠冕兮、

5 余雖老邁、得飫嘉物、俾余復壯、譬彼蒼鷹兮、

6 耶和華躬行仁義、眷佑窮獨兮、

7 在昔彰其經綸、指示摩西、爰及以色列族兮、

8 耶和華仁慈矜憫、怒不遽發、施恩格外兮、

9 彼不恒責余、不常怒予兮、

10 維彼待余、輕我刑罰、減我愆尤兮、

11 譬諸天高於地、體恤倍至、眷祐敬虔之士兮、
